About Me

Lindsay Marcus is a Philadelphia based singer, actor, and musician. She is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Theatre with a theatre minor. Most recently Lindsay has worked with the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia as an acting apprentice performing theatre for young audiences on tour during the spring of 2023 and now works as a teaching artist for young students and through the Disney Musicals in Schools program. Lindsay is passionate about telling stories through music and theatre and believes everyone is able to find something onstage that they can resonate with and learn from. Coming from a classical, operatic background, Lindsay loves the way that musical theatre is able to blend high impact storytelling with beautiful music that can be both serious and dramatic or funny and entertaining. When not performing you can catch her working at the well renowned Zahav restaurant in Philadelphia, reading, playing Mario Kart, planning fancy dinner parties that may or may not happen, and spending time with her partner Grace and friends.
